• Per Room price based on 2 people sharing
• Being only a small hotel, to confirm your reservation we ask for a 50% deposit of the booking cost.
• In the event of a cancelation, we require 14 working days notice, failure to do so may result in your deposit being with-held if we are unable to re-sell your room.
• Room rates are based on per room per night. They are inclusive of 20% VAT and include full Yorkshire breakfast.
